As the technology revolution has swept the globe, innovative development plays a more and more important role in society and industrial life. International collaboration on technology and innovation has become a cornerstone of development for the southeast asian nations. Driving this innovation benefits not only national trade, but also international economics. This new development is injecting new vitality into the global economy and is helping to increase cooperation between international partners and southeast asian nations. Building on this, the southeast asian nations have decided to hold the “ASEAN international industry forum on intelligent technologies 2019“, uniting China and other international partners with their respective southeast asian nations counterparts, to jointly forge an intelligent industry communication platform, form a leading industrial event, take part in an investment and financing forum and enhance the development of intelligent industries in southeast Asia.

Situated in the heart of Phu My Hung New City, Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) is the largest, the most modern Exhibition & Convention Center of the South of Vietnam, and is situated only 15 minutes from the center of Ho Chi Minh City and 30 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The SECC is an international standard facility capable of satisfying the requirements of national and international conventions, large scale public and trade exhibitions, corporate meetings and specialized events.

SECC is comprising four indoor exhibition halls totaling to 40,000 square meters, additional outdoor exhibition space of 15,000 – 20,000 square meters, one 2,000-seat convention center, one high-rise office tower, and two international standard hotels (a 4-star one with 600 rooms and a 5-star one with 400 rooms). Underground parking is adopted.

The center offers a column-free exhibition hall with 9.000 square meters, 6.000 square meters of outdoor exhibition areas, conference hall, meeting rooms, cafeteria and restaurant.

IIMTE

COUNTRY: IRAN

The KPMG AG, Germany referred to Iran in its 2016 report “Onward to Iran” as an “…excellent market opportunity…”.

KPMG forecast the Iran to have an annual economic growth of around 5% and in 2014, despite the sanctions, it imported automation equipment machines worth 538 million euros, which was an increase of 21.44 % over previous years.

IIMTE has been awarded the possibility to broaden its exhibition scope through new exhibition areas:

The IIMTE constantly welcomes about 60 producers presenting their products and services to about 1.950 registered professional and 3000 visitors in total.  More than 30 large and medium scale machines and robots stand at the visitor’s disposal and are always met with high interest. 73% of visitors come from the Teheran area, but still the exhibition attracts 20% of visitors from all over Iran, showing the impact a specialized B2B exhibition and advertisement can have. 72% of visitors are from the industrial sector and 10% of visitors came from association boards or governmental institutions, giving companies the possibility to meet important influential decision makers for the mainly govern mentally controlled Iran market. 84% of visitors will return to the next exhibition and 73% will be recommending the exhibition. 95% of visitors would like to see more advanced and automated machines at the exhibition and 80% want to see automation systems, 3D printers and more EU branded products.

On average 72% of exhibitors are international participants from China, Germany, Swiss, Italy and other countries. In addition, the exhibition enables 28% national agents, associations and media outlets to present themselves to all participants. 54% of exhibitors state to be from the general machinery industry. Second and third place are taken by the automobile and mould making industry making up 31% of exhibitors. Generally, the exhibition has a good mix of sectors represented at the exhibition. Metal cutting products make up 39% of the exhibition area and special machines, automation and precision tools make up 31% of the exhibition area. 91% of exhibitors said they intend to take part in the next exhibition and 64% will certainly recommend the exhibition to other exhibitors.

40 media outlets covered the exhibition and 3 media outlets where present during the whole exhibition, giving the possibility to present products and services to web, radio and TV audiences all over Iran.

Under the endorsement of the TPO Iran the exhibition brings together national and international players of the industry and governmental officials. Giving participants the first opportunity of the year to talk about pioneering themes like industry 4.0, the “2025” project, investment and cooperation possibilities in Iran and around the world.

Our customers want to spend their time at the fair as efficient as possible. Giving exhibitors and visitors the possibility to plan their meetings ahead of the exhibition and finding the right business partner to talk to, have become an important part of making an exhibition a rewarding experience for our customers. Matchmaking before, during and after an exhibition have become an intagrual part of our business and we offer different services to cater to the growing demand in this sector.

Having shown our ability to offer an array of exhibition services, we had the honor to become entrusted with the organization and management of exhibitions. Since 2008 we have led 8 top ranked Chinese exhibitions to their success. In acknowledgment of our success we have had the possibility to help some of these exhibitions become stable industry shows, organizing them for their 3rd or 4th time every 2 years.

ABOUT US

IEXPOS is an international holistic exhibition company in Germany. It grew out of a joint venture between German and Chinese companies with experience in the exhibition business reaching back until 2006. It now has partners and associates in Germany, China, Iran, Senegal, Ivory Coast and other countries all over the world.

Since our beginnings in 2006 as a open joint venture, we have continually supplied design and planning services to various trade fair organizers and associations and have created production facilities to meet the demand of our customers for innovative and extraordinary exhibition booths. We have helped large and medium-sized exhibition companies and governmental associations in successfully organizing their exhibitions locally or  abroad.
